I've been buying flowers/arrangements at Countryside Florist for many years. The staff are very friendly/personable, always, and all the flowers/arrangements over the years have been beautiful and as described or pictured. I've had only one incident over the years where the arrangement was not what I expected, the staff immediately made good on it and rectified the issue, in fact, making the arrangement even better then what I had originally expected. The fault was actually mine, since the arrangement I picked indicated it would be up to the "designer" at the time of the order. Great florist.

Prior to placing an order online, I was impressed by the care and information provided by the florist. Also, when the flowers were being delivered and the recipients were not at home, the driver contacted them, then returned to the house later to make the delivery. That is great service.

I ordered a Valentines Day arrangement online, for pick-up in store. When I arrived, I was cordially greeted by one and all working there. The arrangement I received was even more beautiful then the picture online. The lady who made up the arrangement presented it to me for pick-up. I complimented her on how pretty the flowers/arrangement were, she did a GREAT job....My Valentine was very happy with the flowers/arrangement, and I was too. I wished the whole crew a Happy Valentines Day, and thanked them all for coming in that day. Keep up the great work, and staying true to the art.

I received a sympathy plant delivered to me from Countryside florist. The person delivery was professional and pleasant. There was no instructions on caring for the plant. I didn't find the plant pot very attractive, but thankful for the gesture.

Countryside Florists made an incredible floral display with little notice. The recipient, was for my elderly mother, who is an artist and a master gardener. She has been hospitalized for weeks. I am sure my order was more entailed and specific than their usual orders, (I really wanted to please the artist/gardener - maybe even evoke memories of happier days) & they went above my expectations. My mother LOVES it and it will last for some time. Thank You Countryside for your courteous and professional response to my request. You are wonderful!
